The U.S. ITC received no new anti-dumping (AD/CV) cases in July. While not entirely unusual – it’s happened in seven of the past 41 months – the lull would suggest petitioners are waiting to see the results of the Trump administration’s assessments of potential duties on $216 billion of Chinese exports.
