The Chinese government has implemented the latest round of UN sanctions against North Korea, cutting China’s exports of oil products and LNG and its imports of apparel. Panjiva data shows apparel accounted for $732 million, or 27% of China’s imports. Buyers of North Korean products in China clearly saw new sanctions coming.
