U.S. Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) export terminals are running near full capacity according to S&P Global Platts. U.S. exports of LNG climbed 27.2% year over year in October. Three-quarters of the gain in tonnage terms due to increased exports to China linked to the phase 1 trade deal and as a result accounted for 15.7% of the total from zero a year earlier.
