The U.S. ITC has ruled South Korean exports of tapered roller-bearings, used in the automotive industry, have not harmed U.S. manufacturers. As a result duties called for by the Commerce Department won’t be applied. That doesn’t mean consignees including Daimler and Schaeffler are out of the woods though.
