Container handling at Mexico ports increased 12% in May on a year earlier, the 11th straight month of growth. Exports climbed 20%, outstripping 13% import growth. That is the opposite trend to that seen in national trade in dollar terms, suggesting significant growth in land- and airborne modes. The big three ports led the way.
