EsTractor- and truck-maker CNH Industrial is facing “the worst supply chain” in the career of CEO Scott Wine with “63 suppliers that are stopping our plants”. That’s not preventing the firm from increasing its supply chain activity though. U.S. seaborne imports linked to the firm were up by 174.5% year over year in Q2’21 and by 52.2% compared to Q2’19. One area of weakness however is imports of pumping systems which fell by 19.3% in Q2’21 versus Q2’19 while shipments of engines and transmissions improved.
