The Transpacific Stabilization Agreement for container rates will be wound up from February 8. That was more-or-less inevitable once the U.S. government ruled that shippers could either be an alliance member or a TSA member but not both. The TSA appeared largely ineffective in any event, with the average weekly change in rates on routes to South Korea from China being 2.4% vs. 1.1% for all routes.
