Discount retailer Dollarama reported FQ3’21 (to Oct. 31) revenues which grew by 12.3% year over year, helped by the firm’s focus on “maintaining well-stocked stores” according to CEO Neil Rossy with strong growth in “seasonal items as well as household essentials”. U.S. seaborne imports linked to the Canadian retailer increased by 7.4% year over year in the three months to Oct. 31, led by a 54.8% jump in seasonal decorations.
