New trade complaints submitted to the U.S. government in June fell to their lowest since January with just three petitions brought to the International Trade Commission. That brings the year to date total to 40 petitions, the lowest in over three years, which isn’t a surprise given the ongoing uncertainty regarding tariff-setting policy by the Trump administration.
