The U.S. ITC has received a new petition regarding dumping and subsidization of sodium gluconate from China and France. That’s the first new petition since October 5, bringing the annual total to 21, or 24% more than a year earlier. When adding all other case types (including the self-initiated aluminum case last week) the total comes to 86, or 18% higher.
