The U.S. has made a second complaint to the WTO about Canadian wine retail practices. It argues that shelving strategies in British Columbia discriminate against its exports. The complaint follows an Obama administration filing, and comes just as disputes over aerospace and forestry products occur against the backdrop of NAFTA negotiations.
