The U.S. ITA has applied anti-dumping margins of up to 180% of Chinese exporters of water treatment chemical HEDP. Panjiva data shows imports dropped 75% in September on a year earlier, with Chinese exports now 94% below their May peaks. One potential winner from the case is Aquapharm Chemicals in India. They made two shipments in September totaling 29.7% of total U.S. imports, and could rise six-fold from there.
