Authorities are updating rules to allow exports of U.S. eggs to South Korea following a bird-flu outbreak in Asia according to Reuters. Panjiva data shows fresh egg exports from the U.S. fell 37% in October, the 18th straight fall as a result of lower shipments to Canada, while Hong Kong-bound shipments increased 9%. Suppliers including Larroc, and individual farms such as Hidden Villa and Hickmans, will therefore welcome the export opportunity.
