The U.S. International Trade Commission received eight petitions to investigate trade policy infractions in June, two of which related to accusations of dumping. One of the petitions came from shoe maker Crocs citing trademark infringements against 25 importers including Skechers USA. Panjiva’s data shows U.S. seaborne imports linked to Crocs rose by 38.1% in the three months to May 31 versus the same period of 2019.
