Earnings 725 Info Tech - Tech Hardware 796 U.S. 5317

Camera and drone manufacturer GoPro released third quarter revenues that were 37% higher than a year earlier and 5% better than analysts expected. Yet, it forecast an 11% drop for the seasonally-important fourth quarter. That was worse than the 4% estimated by analysts, with the stock price dropping 10% after the market close. Panjiva data shows imports in October – key for the holiday sales season – by GoPro and of associated products fell by 25% on a year earlier based on preliminary figures. That followed a rise of 13% in the third quarter.
