Trade negotiations between the EU and U.S., kicked off by President Juncker and President Trump in July, may have hit a stumbling block as Commissioner Malmstrom and Secretary Ross exchanged accusations of slow progress. That comes as the Trump administration has informed Congress that it intends to proceed with wide-ranging talks from mid-January.
