India’s exports increased 5% in September, their fastest rate since June 2014. Growth in exports to the U.S. slowed to a 2% in September after 9% in August. Construction materials and plastics were the main drivers of U.S. exports in the month, with previous growth from apparel and steel lines having evaporated.
