EsItaly’s exports fell 7.3% in August, a slowing from 0.5% in June partly due to energy products and partly due to U.S. exports. These fell 12.8% showing a marked decline in pricing given shipments increased 3% according to Panjiva data. August could be brighter – exports of wine to the U.S. jumped 60.8% and overall shipments 41% to a new high.
