Trade negotiations this week between EU Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmstrom and U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer may make little progress. The EU Parliament has yet to ratify negotiating terms for the EC while the EU and U.S. appear at loggerheads on the inclusion of agriculture in a deal.
