The Nintendo Switch was the number one selling videogame system in the U.S. in April. That came as total U.S. imports of videogame machines climbed for a second month. Imports in April increased 63% on a year earlier in volume terms after a 37% rise in value in March. That ended a growth drought going back to October 2015.
