President Trump has indicated the outcome of the investigation of the disappearance of journalist Jamal Khashoggi will not change America’s willingness to export arms to Saudi Arabia. While $110 billion of orders for weapons and military aircraft have been agreed only $20 billion have been approve by the State Department since the start of the Trump administration.
