SM Line bucks falling liner trend with booming Canadian business

Container lines operating U.S.-inbound services saw a 9.2% year over year slide in traffic in March, the sixth drop in a row and largely due to coronavirus-related disruptions in China in February. All the top 10 liners saw a drop in traffic, with the 2M alliance of Maersk and MSC falling by 16.9% and 15.2% respectively.
