The South African competition authorities have approved the merger of K-Line, Mitsui OSK and NYK to form Ocean Network Express (ONE) with minimal conditions relating to their non-container line operations.  The approval is the last required for ONE’s formation, and shows the complexity of the regulatory approval process.
