The U.S. Commerce Department has found steel pipe producers in four countries, including Vietnam, guilty of dumping products into the U.S. market. Panjiva data shows imports form those countries have already fallen by 70% from their peak. Yet, the case may not have reduced the pressure on petitioners including Bull Moose and Wheatland.
