Over 300 companies are testifying this week and next with regards to U.S. government plans to extend tariffs on all Chinese exports. Streaming media player manufacturer Roku is a typical example in that consumer electronics end products have so far been largely untouched by tariffs. The firm has stated the tariffs will “apply to nearly every product” made by the firm and will “undoubtedly decrease global sales”.
