The U.S. ITA has delayed a preliminary decision in its investigation of dumping of mechanical steel tubing from six countries including China. That follows a similar delay to a related subsidy case and 83 other trade case postponements since the start of the year. The plaintiffs may be waiting to see what the results of the much-delayed section 232 review of the broader steel industry may bring.
