The U.S. has applied anti-dumping duties to Indian steel pressure pipe exports by Steamline Industries and Sunrise Stainless. Imports of the products concerned from India fell 40% in the third quarter, following a similar trend experienced previously by Malaysian and Chinese producers. Yet, overall imports increased 28% in the third quarter driven by South Korea and Vietnam. American producers may have to wait before their market share increases.
