Container-line ZIM Shipping reported a 12.1% year over year increase in revenues in 4Q. The growth included a 9.0% rise in average shipping rates that was inline with its peers. The firm’s volume growth of 4.0% is likely to accelerate in the new year after signing a route sharing alliance with the 2M Alliance of Maersk and MSC.
