China’s PC industry continues to struggle. Panjiva data shows exports fell 3% on a year earlier in November, the 25th straight drop and bringing the quarterly decline to 10%. Yet, the drop was the smallest since declines began over two years ago, and increased Taiwanese semiconductor shipments suggest a turnaround may be coming. Server exports climbed 23%, outperforming the larger laptop category which fell 5%. Shipments to Japan were an area of growth with a 20% jump.
