The European Commission has sent a set of proposals for future collaboration to President-elect Biden ranging across trade and environmental policies, including the aim to “solve bilateral trade irritants”. The latter likely includes issues involving aerospace subsidies, steel / aluminum duties, digital taxes and carbon border taxes.
