Mexican Trade Accelerates Ahead of AMLO’s Accession

Mexico’s international trade activity surged 13.1% higher than a year earlier in October, outpacing the 11.5% rate seen in the third quarter on average. Growth was broad-based with exports excluding oil products rising 12.3% and imports ex oil increased 12.0% with both reaching record highs.
