Mitsui-OSK has opened its Haiphong International container terminal in northern Vietnam. Presumably Ocean Network Express (ONE) will be the leading customer for the 1.1 million TEUs of annual capacity at the terminal. Growth in exports from Vietnam has been driven by relocated manufacturing from China and elsewhere, which could accelerate if the U.S. applies wide-ranging duties on Chinese goods.
