U.S. seaports saw a return to growth in containerized freight imports in March with a 6.7% year over year expansion. An expansion in traffic from Asia outside of China ensured that the four big west coast port complexes all saw increased volumes, though Seattle / Tacoma did best with a 16.6% rise in handling.
