The U.S. International Trade Commission received five petitions to investigate trade law infractions in March. There were three intellectual property petitions including one from Canon linked to printer toner. The two antidumping / subsidy cases covered soy meal imports from India and imports of snow blowers from China. In the soy case, imports from India accounted for 74.3% of U.S. imports in 2020 and increased by 29.6% year over year.
