The U.S. International Trade Commission received six petitions to investigate trade law infractions in April, up from five in March. There were four new intellectual property infraction petitions mostly covering electronics as well as a U.S. Senate request to investigate the impact of foreign censorship on U.S. business. An antidumping petition regarding raw honey from five countries including Brazil will cover 80.6% of U.S. raw honey imports to the U.S. in the 12 months to Feb. 28, including shipments linked to CM Goettsch whose shipments rose by 14.9% year over year in Q1’21.
