The U.S. CBP has made its first Enforce and Protect Act action against anti-dumping duty-evading shipments of wire hangers from China via Malaysia. The EAPA was established in 2015, but the rate of investigations are likely to increase after the results of a recent Executive Order from President Trump are reported.
