Container-line Yang Ming has added the Port of Prince Rupert as the first North American stop on its PS-8 service, the fourth weekly service to reach the Canadian port. That will add to the 23% growth in volumes Prince Rupert saw in March. Canadian west coast port activity has expanded more broadly, with a 13% growth in imports to Prince Rupert and Vancouver in the first quarter.
