Exports from the European Union increased by 0.4% year over year in January, including a 6.0% slide in shipments to China and a 9.7% dip in exports to the U.K. A similar performance in dollar terms included a 4.8% slide in shipments from Germany and a 7.9% decrease in exports from France.
