Mexican automotive exports surged 15% higher in August to reach a record 282k vehicles. That was also an acceleration from 10% in the prior three months and was led by General Motors (35% higher on new model production) while Fiat-Chrysler returned to growth (17% from a 4% decline in the prior three months.
