Mexican auto exports climbed 16% in November on a year earlier to reach their highest for the month on record. This appears to be a continuation of a cyclical uptrend going back to August. Yet, further growth will be a balance between new investments by Ford and General Motors on the one hand, and a potential renegotiation of NAFTA on the other.
