ITA Investigation May Be Fighting Last Year’s Rubber War

The ITA has launched an anti-dumping investigation into four countries’ exports to the U.S. of ESB rubber, used in the tire and other industries. They may be fighting an old war – the value of imports fell 15% in June, Panjiva data shows, while non-investigation countries increased 16%.
